Haitian Refugee

BENEFIT DONATIONS

file-20180627-112614-7tkw9e.jpeg

On September 19, 2021, US Customs and Border Protection agents on horseback deployed against Haitian migrants as they crossed the Rio Grande from  Ciudad Acuña, Mexico, into Del Rio, Texas. This violent treatment of Haitians at the border is just the latest example of racially discriminatory, abusive, and illegal US border policies that are returning people to harm and humanitarian disaster.

While the long-term solution for Haiti requires addressing the underlying human rights and humanitarian situation in the country, immediate aid for refugees can be met while addressing long-term solutions.

“In recognizing the humanity of our fellow beings, we pay ourselves the highest tribute.” Thurgood Marshall

With your help, we will be able to provide support and solutions to refugees. All donations go to ATL4Haiti and will provide
resources directly to those in Haiti's disaster areas.
