Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I tour the space?
    Yes! You can tour the venue virtually right now or you can schedule a tour at your leisure by visiting our tour page. Alternatively, contact the team Monday-Friday from 9AM - 5PM at 833.3.Legacy.
  • Can I host an event outside of business hours?
    Yes! Our venue is available for events around the clock, except for some major holidays.
  • How do I reserve a date?
    To reserve a date, you must return a signed rental agreement and your rental deposit. You can contact the team through this lead form to get your process started!
  • What forms of payment do you take?
    We accept checks, money orders and all major credit cards.
  • When can we begin setting up for our event?
    Your setup time starts at the time of your contracted rental time.
  • When do I need to have everything out of the space?
    We require everything out of the space by the end of your contracted rental time. Overtime fees are applied at 1.5x your hourly rate at increments of 15 minutes.
  • Can I use my own caterer?
    The Legacy Center is proud to offer full-service planning solutions for our clients, which also includes catering services, so inquire with us on our catering packages.
  • Can I use my own bartender?
    No, bar packages and liquor catering will include bartending services.
  • Is parking available?
    Yes! We have free parking on our property and adjacent street parking for up to 125 vehicles. Additional nearby parking is available for a small fee.
  • Do we need security?
    Yes, we require a minimum of 1, with an additional guard for every 75 people. Our rate for security is $30/hour per guard.
  • Do you offer any equipment?
    Yes, we do have a small inventory of equipment available for rent. Please inquire with our team to learn more.
  • Do you offer table linen?
    We do not at this time.
  • How much is the deposit?
    The deposit for use of the space is 50% of your total rental fee plus your refundable security fee. You can view our rental rates here. Note that rates vary based on type of event. (insert link to brochure)
